Sean M. Carney, Administrator
Newly licensed as an administrator, Sean comes to Bickford Health Care Center with a strong background in business. After many years of exposure to the Long Term care industry, his desire to enter the nursing home management field was a natural choice. Sean has much to offer Bickford HCC with his unique blend of experience and knowledge.

Maryann Manzi, RN, Director of Nurses
Maryann is a wonderful addition to the Bickford Health Care Center family. She has a strong Nursing background and has been a nursing supervisor for over 20 years. Maryann has a wonderful personality that shines through as she performs her daily tasks. With a background in Hospice care, she has worked with the elderly for many years and can provide a tremendous amount of support for the staff, the residents, and the family members

Carissa Roy, Social Worker
Carissa graduated from Elms College, and is currently completing her Masters program at Central Connecticut State University in Marriage/family counseling. Carissa originally joined us in the recreation department, part time, and has now accepted the position as our Social Worker. She has proven herself to be kind with the residents, extremely knowledgeable, and very eager to grow as part of the Bickford Family.

Denise Grondin, Admissions
Working for over twenty years in health care, concentrating in business office functions, Denise has extensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, HMO's, private insurance,and other reimbursement options.
