Duncan Hunter, Administrator
Duncan comes to Bickford Health Care Center with a strong background in health care administration and experience in CT, MA, and NY. Demonstrating his commitment to long term care, Duncan earned the credentials of "Fellow" from the American College of Health Care administration. Often you will find Duncan working along side the staff and families finding ways to improve the quality of life for all his residents.

Penelope (Penny) Jacoby, RN, Director of Nurses
Penny comes to Bickford Health Care Center with many years of nursing experience. She has over 17 years in long term care and filled a variety of positions during that time. She is a skilled clinician as well as a dedicated caregiver. Penny continually strives to improve the quality of resident care and looks to all staff to assist her in this endeavor.

Karen Celentano, Director of Social Services
Karen worked in a variety of professions before gaining a BA in psychology from Smith College Northampton, MA in 2007. She has been a travel agent, a companion/homemaker and a substitute teacher. Karen has experience working with people with non verbal learning disorders and brings her organizational and listening skills to the Social Services Department.

Denise Grondin, Admissions Director
Working for over twenty years in health care, concentrating in business office functions, Denise has extensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, HMO's, private insurance, and other reimbursement options.
